Small Group Performance Training

  • Session Length: 45 Minutes

  • Sport-specific strength and conditioning designed for high school athletes (grades 9–12).

  • Small-group sessions (max 3 athletes) focused on strength, speed, agility, power, and explosive athleticism.

  • Injury prevention and movement screening to reduce risk and support consistent availability during season.

  • Off-season development plans, in-season maintenance programs, and position-specific work.

  • Team speed & agility clinics available for full teams or positional groups.
