Session Length: 45 Minutes
Sport-specific strength and conditioning designed for high school athletes (grades 9–12).
Small-group sessions (max 3 athletes) focused on strength, speed, agility, power, and explosive athleticism.
Injury prevention and movement screening to reduce risk and support consistent availability during season.
Off-season development plans, in-season maintenance programs, and position-specific work.
Team speed & agility clinics available for full teams or positional groups.
