At Build Your Athletes, our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their full potential while prioritizing their health and well-being. We believe that every athlete deserves access to high-quality training that not only enhances their performance but also fosters a lifelong love for sports. Our goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where athletes can thrive.

We combine science-based training methodologies with age-appropriate skill development to ensure that our athletes are not only improving their athletic abilities but also prepping their bodies for life.
Our training programs focus on movement quality, strength, agility, and injury prevention, all while maintaining an element of fun and competition. We aim to build confidence in our athletes, helping them succeed both on and off the field.

Coach Paige
With a passion for youth sports and a background in strength and conditioning, Coach Paige is dedicated to helping athletes enhance their performance. She holds certifications in youth training and specializes in corrective exercise and injury prevention. Coach Paige believes in a holistic approach to training, emphasizing the importance of mental resilience alongside physical skill.

Coach Brooke
An experienced coach with a background in competitive athletics as a D1 soccer athlete, Coach Brooke focuses on developing the whole athlete. She believes movement is medicine and specializes in strength training and athletic performance. Coach Brooke is committed to keeping athletes moving functionally while improving their power endurance to keep you in the game longer.
Coach Paige and Coach Brooke are both certified through the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA).
